Measuring a massive 8 inches ($200\text{ mm}$) and weighted heavily in the tail, this XL pencil popper is engineered specifically for surfcasters who hunt trophy fish in big water.

We didn't just scale up a basic popper shape; we re-engineered topwater surface stability using our proprietary Syntho-Core™ carbon fiber chassis. Unlike round-bodied wooden pencils that roll sideways and lose traction in fast current, our flat-bottom profile forces the plug to hydroplane. This specialized flat belly keeps the hooks tracking perfectly downward and allows for a violent, aggressive side-to-side head thrash even in heavy current rips and breaking rollers. The interior concentrates mass into the rear so it flies straight as an arrow through heavy headwinds, while a continuous, heavy-gauge stainless steel through-wire is structurally locked directly into the frame to handle the crushing pressure of a lifetime fish.
